Biography
Rick started running seven years ago and has moved from struggling at 5km to twice competing in the World's Toughest Mudder competition as well as completing the Spartan World Championships, graduating the Navy Seal 53 Hour Kokoro class, swimming Alcatraz and successfully completing 12 Ironman events. He’s still looking for the next "impossible" outcome!
