Potenciano Larrazabal III

Yong is a Practicing Ophthalmologist and Chairman of the Cebu Cataract Foundation, which has performed thousands of free cataract surgeries. He is also the Chairman and founder of “Run for Sight Foundation”, from which he organizes fun runs & marathons (together with his wife Donna), and all its proceeds are used for medical missions, feeding programs and Christmas gift giving activities in the country. Yong qualified for the Boston Marathon with a personal best time of 3 hours 14 minutes and completed the Abbot World Marathon Majors in 2018 by finishing the Boston and London Marathon in quick succession. He recently ran the Antarctic Ice Marathon, his 60th marathon distance race and seventh continent, thereby becoming a member of the 7 Continents Marathon Club.
